Kazakh capital declares state of emergency due to pounding snowstorms

NUR-SULTAN. KAZINFORM Kazakh capital declared the state of emergency as severe snowstorms, blizzard and strong wind roll through the city, Deputy Interior Minister of Kazakhstan Yuri Iliin told the press conference.
