Kazakhstan legalizes properties worth 115 billion tenge

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - 15 237 applications for legalization of property in the territory of Kazakhstan totaling 115 billion tenge were sent to the commissions working within local executive bodies, the press office of the Finance Ministry has said in a statement.

They included 11 877 real property items amounting to 84,3 billion tenge; 7 658 non-residential facilities amounting to 29.2 billion tenge, including 1 431 commercial buildings worth 16,4 billion tenge; 20 applications were received for legalization of the shares in legal entities totaling 0.7 billion tenge; securities amounting to 0.8 billion tenge.

To date, 6 829 property items for 39,2 billion tenge have been legalized.

No applications for legalization of the property registered beyond the borders of Kazakhstan have been received.

According to the National Bank, second-tier banks opened 44 savings accounts for legalization of 8,9 billion tenge and of which 2,8 billion tenge were already withdrawn upon payment of 307,1 million tenge in legalization charges. In terms of submitted applications, Almaty region (5060) and Almaty (3109) are leading the way and followed by Aktobe (1239) and Kostanay regions (1176). The last place in the list in terms of activity in this sphere belongs to West Kazakhstan region (99).
