Kazakhstan secures 1st gold at Torino 2025 Winter World University Games

Kazakhstan’s Anastassiya Gorodko claimed the women’s freestyle mogul gold at the the Torino 2025 Winter World University Games in Italy, Kazinform News Agency cites the National Olympic Committee.

The Kazakhstan earned a score of 79.79 points, claiming the women’s freestyle mogul gold.

Coming in second was Haruka Nakao of Japan with a result of 76.29. Hanna Weese of Germany finished third – 75.04 points.

Another Kazakhstani Ayaulym Amrenova came in fifth after scoring 70.52 points.

As earlier reported, 103 Kazakh students are to compete in the 2025 Winter University Games in Torino, Italy.
