1 worker killed, 2 hospitalized in Astana

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - In Astana during construction activities one worker has died on the spot and two have been injured, the press service of the Emergency Ministry informs .

In Esil district of the capital, during construction activities in a new hotel complex, a 27-year-old worker of "Basis-A" LLP fell from height of 2 meters. The man suffered various injuries and was taken to a hospital. In the Almaty district of the city, during erection works in a new building on the territory of thermal power plant-2, a 43-year-old fitter fell from 16 meters height and died on the spot. In Saryarka district of Astana, at wagons sorting station "Astana", a 22 -year-old cars adjuster injured his leg and was hospitalized.
