10 education officials of Astana receive new apartments

ASTANA. August 24. KAZIFNROM /Serik Sabekov/ Ten teachers of Astana have received new apartments. The teaching staff of the city held a meeting in Astana where Mayor Imangali Tasmagambetov handed over the keys of apartments.

The Mayor congratulated all educators on the coming Knowledge Day and the new school year, and emphasized the importance of their work and the contribution to raising and educating the younger generation.

I.Tasmagambetov presented letters of appreciation to the country's four best schools.

Kazakh Minister of Education and Science Zhanseit Tuimebayev presented state awards to 30 best teachers of Astana, including nine "Honorable worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan" badges and three badges named after Y.Altynsarin.
