10 tennis players of Kazakhstan in year-end top 100 of world rankings
10 Kazakhstani tennis players end up in the top 100 of world rankings as the 2022/23 season comes to an end, Kazinform Agency cites the Kazakhstan Tennis Federation.
The country's top seed Elena Rybakina took 4th spot in the WTA singles ranking at the end of this season. Kazakhstani Yulia Putintseva finishes the season as the world no. 69. Anna Danilina of Kazakhstan ended up in the 56th spot of the WTA doubles ranking.
As for men, Kazakhstani Alexander Bublik is currently the 32nd tennis player in the world. Kazakhstan's Alexandr Nedovyesov and Andrey Golubev occupy the 44th and 61st spots in the ATP doubles ranking, respectively.
Kazakhstani Amir Omarkhanov and Assylzhan Arystanbekova entered the top 100 of the ITF juniors ranking - 57th and 66th, respectively.
Eva Korysheva and Tomiris Nurzhan are 50th and 91st in the U14 Tennis Europe ranking.
