100th Tour de France race kicks off in Corsica

ASTANA. June 29. KAZINFORM The 100th Tour de France race is about to start in Corsica, in the city of Porto-Vecchio, today and finish in Paris on 21 July.

Four Kazakhstanis Assan Bazayev, Andrey Kashechkin, Alexey Lutsenko and Dmitri Muravyev as well as Jakob Fuglsang (Denmark), Jani Drajkovic (Slovenia), Fredrik Kessiakoff (Sweden) and Enrico Gasparotto and Francesco Gavazzi (Italy) will toe the starting line of the jubilee Tour de France race.

Jakob Fuglsang and Jani Drajkovic are going to be the captains during this year's Tour de France.
