10th Anniversary Summit of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) kicks off in Kazakh capital
The 10th Anniversary Summit of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) has started its work in the Kazakh capital, Astana, Kazinform Agency reports.
The Presidents of Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Türkiye, as well as the leaders of the observer states, namely Hungary and Turkmenistan, are attending the event.
The Presidents of Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, and Türkiye arrived in Astana on the eve of the summit. The Kazakh Prime Minister Alikhan Smailov greeted the high guests at the airport.
As earlier reported, the council of the foreign ministers of the Organization of Turkic Countries took place in Astana. Kazakh foreign minister Murat Nurtley unveiled the meeting.
Following the summit, a package of documents will be signed.
