ASTANA. March 4. KAZINFORM /Kurmat Samarkhan/ ?12 mln 890 thousand people that is 82% of population were recorded in the republic for today?, press secretary of the Kazakh Statistics Agency Dinara Zhandayeva has said today at the briefing, Kazinform reports.

As D.Zhandayeva noted, Mangystau (with 428 474 recorded people), Kyzylorda (637 627 people) and Karaganda (1 mln 182 thousand people) regions are very active in the census. 475 thousand people recorded in Astana and 1 mln 260 thousand people ? in Almaty as well. 17 of 214 districts of the republic increased the calculate norm on the population, the press secretary informed.
