130 laws supplement Kazakhstan's legal framework - U.Mukhamedzhanov

ASTANA. December 29. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ The legal framework of Kazakhstan in 2010 was supplemented by 130 laws. Majilis Chairman Ural Mukhamedzhanov has announced it at the House's plenary session.

The Speaker made a brief review of the legislative work done over the current year including on implementation of the tasks determined by the Head of the State during an opening of the fourth parliamentary session. Owing to joint work with the Government, the legal framework of the country was supplemented by 130 new laws.

U.Mukhamedzhanov noted the historic role and mission of First President of Kazakhstan-Leader of the Nation Nursultan Nazarbayev as a founder of the independent state.

He also named such significant events as the Program of Forced Industrial-Innovative Development, the OSCE Summit which was successfully carried out in Astana after 11-year hiatus.
