ASTANA. January 6. KAZINFORM /Aigul Tulekbayeva According to specified data, 15 Kazakhstanis are in Gaza Strip at present, Kazinform refers to Ilyas Omarov, press secretary of the Kazakh MFA. Primarily, these are the women who moved to this region in late 90s with their husbands – Palestinians, graduates of the Kazakh universities. ?We have contacted almost all of them and if they wish we will arrange their evacuation?, Mr. Omarov said.

Earlier 2 female citizens of Kazakhstan with five children had been evacuated from the conflict zone. One woman is in Almaty now, while the second one ? in Astrakhan oblast of the Russian Federation.
