19 Almaty schools renovate playing grounds

Almaty schools started renovating their playing fields, Kazinform Agency cites the city mayor’s press service.

Sports grounds at 52 schools in the city were repaired so far.

31 schools modernized their playing fields in 20221, and 15 more in 2022.

Repair works at the cost of the local budget were completed this year in 6 out of 19 schools. Renovations include the construction of new playing fields, including football, basketball, and volleyball grounds, workout zones, etc.
