2 boys from one family drown in Pavlodar region

Two boys aged 7 and 8 drowned in one day in an artificial pond in one of the villages in Pavlodar region, Kazinform Agency correspondent reports. 

The tragedy happened on October 5 when the boys' mother returned home after work and realized they were not around. She alerted the police at 10:20 pm the same day. The police launched the search operation immediately.

The lifeless bodies of both brothers were discovered in the artificial pond 500 meters away from the village hours later. The pond was not cordoned off and no warning signs were around posing risk to people’s lives.
