2nd National Census accomplished in Kostanay region

KOSTANAY. March 20. KAZINFORM /Pyetr Plakhotnikov/ 894, 532 citizens were recorded in Kostanay region including the check-out results.

According to director of the regional statistics department Kanat Barimbekov, the Second National Census has been successfully accomplished. From 894, 500 people recorded 420,610 (47%) are females and 473, 922 (53%) are males. 36.9% are Kazakh nationals. Upon completion of the check-out all results are subject to scanning.
