3,000 to be involved in Caspian shelf development project

ATYRAU. April 30. KAZINFORM. /Andrei Sokolov/ Akimat of Atyrau region, North Caspian Operating Company and Agip KCO adopted a joint statement which says that additionally 3 thousand people will be involved in implementation of the project on Caspian shelf development. There will be opened jobs at the construction sites of Bolashak Integrated Oil and Gas Treatment Unit.

Recruitment of additional employees is a result of the company 's transition to shift work to solve the problem of employment in the region. Besides, involvement of additional human resources will allow to timely complete construction of facilities, necessary for pilot commercial development of Kashagan oil field. ?Considerable efforts will also be directed to further training of Kazakhstan?s personnel?, the statement reads.
