300 houbaras released into the wild of Mangistau and S.Kazakhstan rgns
ASTANA. September 23. KAZINFORM - International Fund for Houbara Conservation (IFHC) has released in Mangistau and South Kazakhstan regions 300 houbaras grown in breeding nurseries of the United Arab Emirates, the press service of the Ministry of Environmental Protection informs.

IFHC is based in Abu Dhabi (UAE) and aims to restore the population of houbara.
Kazakhstan's cooperation with IFHC on studying and protecting the houbara is carried out in the framework of the agreement on the conservation and restoration of Houbara Bustard between the Abu Dhabi Agency for Environment (United Arab Emirates) and the Committee for Forestry and Hunting of the Ministry of Environment of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The largest number of migrating wild houbara breeds in Kazakhstan.
