3rd Summit of Turkic Speaking States Coop Council to be held in Baku — Kazakh Embassy in Turkey
Zafer Caglayan, Turkish Economy Minister; Shahin Mustafayev, Minister of Economic Development and Temir Sariev, Minister of Economy of Kyrgyzstan took part in the talks.
"On the eve of the meeting there was held the IV session of Turkic-speaking states economic department working groups' representatives which considered working out legal framework in the field of investments, avoidance of double taxation and entrepreneurship", the press service says.
Turkic Speaking States economy ministers endorsed a memorandum of support for investors and reached an agreement for collaboration in investment statistics, explored the possibilities of sharing experience in order to improve investment climate as well as in small and medium-sized businesses. It was decided that Turkic Council member countries should take part in the international exhibition "EXPO-2017" to be conducted in Astana.
"The Ministerial meeting has been carried before the 3rd Turkic-speaking countries Cooperation Council Summit which is expected to be attended by Presidents of Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan and Turkey. Baku will host the Summit in August current year", diplomatic mission press-service informs.
"Turkic Council becomes a real platform for Turkic union, established to strengthen the unity of peoples living in the common language and cultural environment, to enhance political, trade and economic relations of the fraternal countries", the Embassy report read.
