UST-KAMENOGORSK. KAZINFORM - According to Kazakhstan's Seismological Expedition of the Science Committee under Education and Science Ministry, 4.1 magnitude earthquake was registered on August 19, 2014 at 12:43 a.m. local time (6:43 p.m. Greenwich time).
The epicenter of the earthquake was located 845 km to the north-east from the city of Almaty near the Lake Zaisan. The earthquake occurred at a depth of 0-5 km. There is no information about victims or damage.
