4.5M earthquake recorded southeast of Almaty

ALMATY. KAZINFORM – An earthquake was recorded 450km away from Almaty city at 4:32pm local time today, Kazinform reports.

A quake measuring 4.5 on the MPV scale rocked China 450km southeast of Almaty city.

It hit at a depth of 10km.

Earlier, a 5.3-magnitude quake hit 439km southeast of Almaty city.
