4 killed in crash on road under repair

KOSTANAY. KAZINFORM Two fatal road traffic accidents occurred for the past two days in the Kostanay region.

A 50-year-old driver and one of his passengers died as their car smashed into a road-roller on the road section under repair. Another five were seriously injured, the regional internal affairs department said.

A driver, aged 47, dispensed with safety rules while overrunning and collided with the same road-roller . The driver and his passenger died at the scene. Kostanay region governor Nuraly Saduakassov charged to tighten safety measures on roads under repair.
