As is known zero customs duties will be preserved with the creation of the Customs Union whereas in relation to third countries these duties will be unified.

As a whole, Kazakhstan, Belarus and Russia considered 11 thousand commodity items during the accommodation of the common customs tariff.

"As is known we intend to build a large petrochemical complex on the west of the country. For this purpose we reserved over 100 items on delivery of raw material for this production", - U. Shukeyev said.

According to him some items have special tariff quotas. For example, they will be fixed for poultry meat. "We just want to fix this level without disbenefit for our importers and reduce further growth and dependence of our country from such kind of import. Inside of this quota the tariffs will be low. That is we give a possibility to our entrepreneurs to invest to the sector of aviculture, construct new poultry farms and develop alternative national production", - U. Shukeyev explained.

As is known the Customs Union is created by three EurAsEC countries - Kazakhstan, Belarus and Russia.
