45 children food poisoned in Kostanay holiday camp

KOSTANAY. KAZINFORM - Four children with a diagnosis of acute gastroenterocolitis were brought to a hospital from "Merey" holiday camp in Kostanay, this information was confirmed by chief physician of Kostanay Children's Hospital Asiya Baymenova.

The final diagnosis, as noted by Asiya Baymenova, will be made in the next few days. "The children, admitted to the hospital, have moderate severity condition. Another 41 children were performed gastric lavage in the camp's first aid room", said A.Baymenova. Head of the regional Department of Consumer Protection Azamat Kamshimbayev said that the department sent to the camp experts. Moreover, police officers were involved in the investigation of the incident.
