4yo girl stuck with head between balcony railings

KARAGANDA. KAZINFORM A four-year old girl stuck with her head in between the balcony railings in Karaganda on Sunday morning. The girl sat wedged for more than an hour until rescuers have arrived, our correspondent reports. 

It took seven minutes to get on the balcony to rescue the little girl.
