5 detector dog handlers to be involved into ensuring security of OSCE Summit and Asian Games
ALMATY. October 30. KAZINFORM /Aigul Turysbekova/ During the OSCE Summit and Asian Games five detector dog handlers with their dogs are to be employed to ensure security. Deputy Head of the Dog Training Center of the Customs Control Committee Colonel Marat Berdenbekov said it during the journalist press tour in Almaty.
According to him over the years of work 634 people have been trained in the Center. 549 of them are personnel from the Customs bodies of Kazakhstan, 26 of special services, 7 officials from military police, 9 from the Ministry of Internal Affairs and 2 from the Aviation Security Service of the international airport of Almaty and representatives from Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Afghanistan, Mongolia, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan. The stuff of the Center is well trained and experienced people who studied in Germany and France.
