5 killed in fires across Kazakhstan
ASTANA. January 17. KAZINFORM A fire broke out at a single-family house on Wednesday morning (January 16) in B.Momyshuly settlement in Zhambyl region.

The fire was put out in 30 minutes by the Zhambyl regional emergencies department. It covered an area of 15 square meters. Bodies of two people were discovered at the scene.
An apartment in a 4-storey residential complex caught fire on Wednesday night in the town of Tekeli in Almaty region.
The Almaty firefighters contained the blaze and found an elderly woman's body at the spot.
Two bodies are to be identified after a Wednesday fire in a 2-storey house in the town of Makinsk in Almaty region. The local rescue service stifled the fire.
