5 new enterprises to be launched in Innovative Technologies Park SEZ in 2024

Five projects with a total investment of KZT12.2bn and creation of 311 jobs are set to be commissioned in the Innovative Technologies Park (ITP) special economic zone next year, Kazinform Agency reports. 

The projects to be commissioned include a telecommunications equipment producing plant (KZT800mln worth of investment, yearly capacity of 1 million units, creation of 120 jobs), complex with warehouses manufacturing immunofluorescent test kits (with a cost of KZT1.7bn, capacity of 500 thousand items per year, and creation of 45 jobs), medical equipment producing plant (costing KZT1.5bn, capacity of 50 thousand units per year, and creation of 40 jobs), plant manufacturing tools, devices and equipment (with a cost of KZT1.3bn, capacity of 100 thousand units per year, and creation of 45 jobs), and medical equipment plant (costing KZT1.5bn, producing 50 thousand units per year, and creating 50 working places).

In 2025, four projects to the tune of KZT11.6bn creating 417 jobs are to be launched within the territory of the Innovative Technologies Park special economic zone.
