5.0-magnitude hits Uzbekistan
Kazakhstani seismologists have recorded an earthquake in the territory of Uzbekistan, Kazinform News Agency reports via the seismological stations network of the Ministry of Emergencies.
The quake occurred on November 6, at 04:57 am, at a depth of 15 kilometers. Its epicenter was 1,195 kilometers to the southwest of Almaty.
The magnitude of the quake made 5.0 on MPV scale. The coordinates of the epicenter are 40.37° north latitude, 63.08° east longitude. No tremors were felt in Kazakhstan, a report reads.
