50 percent of pricing facilities carried out through e-procurement: N.Korzhova
ALMATY. February 7. KAZINFORM /Dauren Zhailin/ Practical use of e-procurements is implemented in a Memorandun signed by Kazakh Prime Minister Karim Massimov and Minister of Finance Bolat Zhamishev. Executive Secretary of the Ministry of Finance Natalya Korzhova has announced it at a meeting on issues concerning explanation of the state purchases and carrying out of e-tender; Kazinform reports.
According to N.Korzhova, a task is to hold 50 percent of pricing facilities this year, 100 percent ? next year, by the method of e-procurement. ?We reach such memorandum with every akimat (administration)?, she noted.
N.Korzhova noted that today the Ministry of Finance proceeds to modernization, which will be held jointly with the World Bank. Tax authorities suffer their changes.
According to N.Korzhova, the Financial Control Committee will undergo transformation from January 1, 2010, and will merge with the Treasury Committee. ?The new committee will not allow expenditure of funds inappropriate. An internal audit service will be created under regional and city akimats (administrations)?, N.Korzhova emphasized.
