6,685 jobs created in Pavlodar

PAVLODAR. August 20. KAZINFORM. /Vera Livintsova/ Realization of the strategy on employment and vocational training within Road Map program was discussed at the sitting held by Akim of Pavlodar Bakitzhan Zhulamanov.

Over seven months of 2009 the strategy has helped create 6,685 new jobs, engage 919 people in welfare activities, involve 760 students in youth practice. 835 unemployed do professional training at present.

Out of 9,757 people who applied for job 7,783 were employed. The unemployment rate is 0.9%.
