6 people killed by house fires, gas leaks across Kazakhstan
ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Four people were killed in fires and two got fatal carbon monoxide poisoning across Kazakhstan, Kazinform has learnt from the Ministry of Emergencies.

A fire broke out at a two-apartment house and covered an area of 25 square meters in Shchuchinsk in the Akmola region. A young woman's body was found at the scene.
Three people died in a fire that started at a five-story apartment complex in Kokshetau yesterday. The blaze covered an area of only 3 square meters, but forced 30 people to seek evacuation. The lifeless bodies of three men were discovered in the debris at the first-floor apartment.
Gas leak killed two men in the town of Kulsary in the Atyrau region and in Shymkent. Both died at their respective homes due to faulty heaters.
