6 new schools to open doors in Aktobe region by Sep 1

Six schools for 3,800 seats will be commissioned by the new 2024-2025 year in Aktobe region to solve school shortage and three-shift schooling problems, Kazinform News Agency cites the region’s akimat.

Some of the schools are built under the Conformable School national project.

Six out of 14 flood-stricken schools were rebuilt, and eight were repaired.

The government allocated 6.2 billion tenge to build five new schools, while an entrepreneur funded the construction of the school in Nura village in Irgiz district. Besides, 8 billion tenge was allotted from the Government reserves for capital repairs at 48 educational establishments to build a comfortable environment.

All the educational establishments, including state schools, kindergartens and colleges in the region have video surveillance systems installed to protect students, teachers, and staff.
