6 survivors of Azerbaijan Airlines plane crash near Aktau receive treatment

Kazakh Vice Minister of Health Timur Muratov spoke about the health condition of those survived in the crash of the Azerbaijan Airlines plane near the Kazakh city Aktau, Kazinform News Agency correspondent reports.

This morning, nine nationals of Russia were evacuated to Moscow for further treatment by air ambulance. 14 Azerbaijani nationals survived in the crash were also evacuated to their country this evening. Currently, six patients, three nationals of Azerbaijan and three nationals of Kyrgyzstan, remain under treatment here. Four are in intensive care unit; the condition of one patient, who was identified, is regarded as critical, he said. 

Earlier it was reported that the bodies of 10 deceased people out of 38 have been so far identified.

38 died and 29 survived as Baku-Grozny flight J2-8243 operated by Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL) crashed near Aktau, Kazakhstan, on December 25.
