6kg giant boy born in Zhambyl region

It is remarkable that the newborn is the first child in the family of 33-year-old doctor Aigerim Tukeyeva and 35-year-old businessman Bekzat Tleuberdiyev, Kazinform News Agency reports.

The boy weighing 6,140 grams, called by obstetricians as a giant baby, was born on January 6 through a caesarean section.

The mom and the boy feel well and will be discharged from the hospital soon.

Earlier, Kazinform reported that 191 children were born across Kazakhstan on the New Year’s night.
