7 trapped under rubble of collapsed house in Kostanay

Seven people are reportedly trapped under the rubble of a residential house in Kostanay, Kazinform News Agency reports.

The house collapsed following an alleged explosion.

Akim (governor) of the region is reportedly at the scene.
