70 countries expected to partake in Expo 2017 - R. Zhoshybayev

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - About 70 countries are expected to participate in the international exhibition "EXPO-2017", this has been said by first Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Commissioner of EXPO-2017 Rapil Zhoshybayev at the 8th Astana Economic Forum.

"To date, 26 countries and 3 international organizations have officially confirmed their participation in the exhibition. In my opinion, this year we will receive confirmations on participation in the event from about 60-70 countries," said R. Zhoshybayev. He noted that the special panel session of the AEF was very important as such major activities contribute to the promotion of the theme of the exhibition," concluded Mr.Zhoshybayev.
