71 healthcare facilities built through 100 schools and 100 hospitals program

ASTANA. KAZINFORM Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Gulshara Abdykalikova has chaired today a telephone conference of the national coordination council for health protection.

It focused on realization of the projects on "Construction of 100 schools and 100 hospitals" and "Construction of 350 outpatient departments, rural health posts and polyclinics". As stated there, 71 healthcare facilities were built through the 100 schools and 100 hospitals project. It is planned to put into service another 26 centres by the end of 2016 the countrywide. 103 facilities were constructed through the 350 rural health posts and polyclinics program, 242 will be completed by 2016. The national coordination council charged the akimats of the regions, Astana and Almaty cities to take measures on timely putting into operation of public health facilities scheduled for 2014, timely allocation of local budget funds for the construction of polyclinics and rural health posts.
