73 Kazakhstani students staying in wildfire-ravaged California

The Center for International Programs JSC has informed that they follow closely the situation related to the wildfires in California, US, Kazinform News Agency reports.

73 scholarship holders, including 56 under the Bolashak program and 17 people under the Scientific Internship program, are studying in California, the US. All of them are in safety and in contact with their curators.

The scholarship holders follow the recommendations of the local authorities and promptly inform us about the situation. We are in constant contact with the universities and are ready to react to any changes, said the press service of the Center for International Programs.

The Kazakhstani students were urged to strictly follow the safety measures.
