73 schools to be built at the expense of National Fund
ASTANA. KAZINFORM - 73 schools will be built in Kazakhstan at the expense of the National Fund, this has been announced at today's briefing in Central Communications Service by Vice Minister of Education and Science Yessengazy Imangaliyev.
"There will be built 73 schools, including 57 - to eliminate three-shift schooling and 16 - instead of emergency schools, at the expense of the National Fund," he said. In turn, Director of preschool and secondary education, information and technology department Zhanyl Zhontayeva added that the major part of the schools will be based in Almaty (26) and South Kazakhstan regions (23). As clarified the press service of the MES, the total amount of funds allocated by the National Fund has amounted to 61.1 billion tenge.
