73 social facilities repaired in Pavlodar region up to KZT 11.5 billion
73 social facilities were repaired in Pavlodar region up to 11.5 billion tenge, and 35 new facilities worth 4.9 billion tenge are under construction, Governor Assain Baikhanov announced at today’s briefing at the central communications service, Kazinform News Agency reports.
He said the region prioritizes supplementary education issues. Two new children’s creativity centers were opened recently. The Samgau Children’s Center built in line with the President’s task will be commissioned next month.
The governor highlighted that large-scale educational and cultural events dated to the jubilees of outstanding people born in Pavlodar region were held this year. In particular, the region celebrated the 125th anniversary of the scientist, geologist, and founder of the Kazakh Academy of Sciences Kanysh Satpayev, the 135th anniversary of writer Zhussipbek Aimautov, the 110th anniversary of the founder of Kazakh cinema Shaken Aimanov, and scientist, archeologist Alkei Margulan.
