7yo girl murder suspect confesses

KOSTANAY. KAZINFORM "A 19-year-old man confessed to killing 7-year-old Victoriya Ganya whose death sparked public outcry," 1st deputy prosecutor general of the Kostanay region Bulat Chelikenov said.

The man with mental health disorders lives at the Rudny adaptation and rehabilitation centre for vagrants. He refused to talk to police trying to escape them. Psychologist helped the young man confess to the murder. Both witnessed identified the suspect. The investigation is underway.
