8 memos worth $ 1 billion signed during “INVEST IN KAZAHSTAN” forum

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Eight memorandums worth $ 1 billion has been signed following "INVEST IN KAZAHSTAN" investment forum, this has been reported by the press-secretary of the Ministry for Investment and Development Kaisar Zhumabaiuly at a press conference within 8th Astana Economic Forum.

According to Mr.Zhumabaiuly, "INVEST IN KAZAHSTAN" forum took place yesterday within the AEF. It has discussed the investment climate in the country and foreign investment in regions. He noted that the forum was attended by over 500 people including heads of governments of several states. As a result of the forum there have been signed eight memorandums worth $1 billion. Memos were inked by large industrial companies of the world including 5 current investors in Kazakhstan.
