8th Astana Economic Forum began its work
During two day, May 21-22, 30 events are scheduled to be held. President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev will take part in the work of the forum.
3D model of development of the capital city of Kazakhstan till 2030 will be presented during the forum. The future of the world economy, risks and actions necessary under the conditions of falling down prices for oil and the issues of sustainable development will be discussed at the forum. Besides, the forum is used as a platform for attraction of new investments to the country, the official website of the forum informs.
Annually, big contracts are signed at the Astana Economic Forum. A lot of work has been done to attract investors to the country as well.
Famous politicians, incumbent and former presidents and prime minister of different countries, heads of the biggest financial institutions and transnational companies will take part in the event.
