A. Orsariyev appointed rector of S. Toraigyrov Pavlodar State University

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Aryn Orsariyev has been appointed rector of the S. Toraigyrov Pavlodar State University, the press service of the Ministry of Education and Science of Kazakhstan informs.

Formerly, Serik Omirbayev occupied the post of the rector of the university.
