Abaï-Verne Program scholarships to increase

Kazakh Education Minister Saysat Nurbek revealed the plans to expand the Abaï-Verne Program, Kazinform Agency reports.

The minister said several important agreements concerning higher education spheres are to be signed today as part of the official visit of the President of France to Kazakhstan. He noted the Abaï-Verne Program will be expanded. The program has been successfully implemented for two years. Scholarship is annually awarded to 30 master’s and 15 doctoral students to study in France.

He also said that 10 more scholarships will be provided under the Abaï-Verne Program scholarships.
