Abu Dhabi celebrates 20 years of Kazakh-Emirati diplomatic relations

Eminent public figures and politicians of the UAE, experts and journalists convened for the event. A photo exhibition about the history of the bilateral relations was opened for guests at the hall of the Emirates Center for Strategic Studies and Research in Abu Dhabi.
Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Kazakhstan to the UAE Askar Mussinov and Chairman of the Foreign Policy Analysis and Planning of the Kazakh Foreign Affairs Ministry Serzhan Abdykarimov presented special reports on the bilateral relations. ECSSR's Deputy Director of the Asian Studies Department Mohammad Al Marri also took the floor.
Askar Mussinov focused on the achievements in the development of the Kazakh-Emirati bilateral relations. He thinks 'genuinely friendly ties between Kazakh Leader Nursultan Nazarbayev and His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan is the foundation of partnership between the countries'.
Mohammad Al Marri, in his turn, reiterated the UAE's interest in further all-round strengthening of relations with the Republic of Kazakhstan. It was noted that Kazakhstan is the Central Asian leader and the diplomatic ties with Abu Dhabi is a bridge between the Arab World and Eurasia.
The Emirates Center for Strategic Studies and Research is the leading research institute in the Middle East established by His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
