Accounts Committee developed action plan on realization of President?s Address

ASTANA. April 2. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ The Accounts Committee for Control over Execution of the Republican Budget approved the action plan on realization of the President?s Address to the Nation, Kazinform refers to the press service of the Committee.

In accordance with the document, amendments to the Civil Code and Administrative Offensive Code will be prepared in order to strengthen the control and raising responsibility of the spending units. Amendments on the issues of external control over the quality of the tax administration by the corresponding tax agencies will be introduced to the Tax Code as well. Control-analytical activities on provision of proper and effective use of state resources, provided for stabilization of the economy and financial system are scheduled. Analysis and evaluation of expenditure of public support funds will be submitted to the Presidential Administration on a quarterly basis. The Accounts Committee intends to develop proposals on modernization of the activities aimed at the stabilization of the economy and financial system. In accordance with the plan the Accounts Committee will analyze the maintenance cost of state administration bodies. Upon the results of the analysis recommendations on optimization of the expenditures and austerity budget will be given.
