The draft law is elaborated to implement the customs cooperation cooperation on issues of customs registration and control over energy resources transported through the Kazakh-Chinese customs border by a pipeline and etc. Within the discussion it was noted that the ratification of this agreement will ensure a legal basis for execution of a joint customs control over energy resources.
