Agr?t on Customs Union to be key anti-crisis measure for Kazakhstan and Russia ? expert
ALMATY. April 23. KAZINFORM. /Daniyar Sikhimbayev/ ?Antirecessionary programs of Kazakhstan and Russia are similar?; Dean of Russian Foreign Ministry?s Diplomatic Academy, professor Igor Panin has said at the Eurasian Media Forum in Almaty today.

?I think that there should be several levels of antirecessionary programs ? anti-crisis program within the framework of the SCO, joint program of the EurAsEC and interconnected national programs of the two states. In this context Kazakhstan and Russia demonstrate a high level of mutual understanding. I hope that Kazakhstan and Russia will sign agreement on Customs Union in June 2009 and it will be the key antirecessionary measure for both states?, I. Panarin said.
?Kazakhstan created a good model of administrative elite that can become a basis of Eurasian elite. Staff training in Russia was mostly oriented at the USA and England. And in Kazakhstan, along with orientation at the United States and England, people were also trained in China, India, a number of Arab states and Turkey?, the Russian expert noted.
