Akmola oblast governor summed up 2008 results

KOKSHETAU. January 6. KAZINFORM /Zhanmurat Zhanaidarov/ Governor of Akmola oblast Albert Rau has met with the journalists of regional and national mass media today. The governor summed up results of the last year, defined tasks for 2009 and answered the journalists? questions, Kazinform correspondent reports.

According to the governor, the volume of industrial products has been increased by 0.6%, the volume of the products manufactured by small and medium business enterprises ? by 13%. The area of the commissioned housing has grown by 20%. Budget revenues have made KZT 22 bln that is 3^ higher against 2007. The journalists expressed interest in realization of state housing program, situation with equity holders, improvement of the quality of medical services, support of small and medium business and other important issues.
