Alan Kurmangaliyev propels to 1/8 finals of ITTF World Youth Championships

A representative of Kazakhstan's table tennis team Alan Kurmangaliyev cruised into the 1/8 finals of the ITTF World Youth Championships 2024 in Helsingborg, Sweden, Kazinform News Agency cites Olympic.kz.

The Kazakh table tennis player defeated Ylane Batix of Cameroon in the Boy’s Singles opening round.

Next Kurmangaliyev’s opponent is Andre Bertelsmeier of Germany.

It should be noted that Alan Kurmangaliyev is the only Kazakhstani who managed to reach the ITTF World Youth Championships 2024.
